Demo's Blanks is committed to the health and well being of our team members and loyal customers during these unprecedented times, as everyone faces new challenges and adapts to the current pandemic. With that being said, there may be potential shipping delays due to postal service problems or other shipping platform problems that are outside of our control. Â
It's important to note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout.Â
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Order processing times may vary/be longer depending on your order size.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Â
Local delivery
We currently do not offer local delivery.
In-store pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping with FPO/APO being the exception. If you require shipping to either an FPO/APO address, please contact me directly at support@demosblanks.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@demosblanks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you should use a P.O. Box address, the recipient's telephone number must be included on the label. Your package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by any UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
**If you require shipping to an APO or FPO address, please send an email to support@demosblanks.com prior to placing an order. Â
FedEx's only way to deliver to domestic P.O. boxes is to Select FedEx SmartPost, which uses the USPS system in the final leg of delivery. It's possible to ship to P.O. boxes in Puerto Rico and some international destinations via FedEx Express. In these cases, you'll be required to provide a valid telephone, fax or telex number.
